Pricing FAQs
What's included in a standard plan package?
All our plans include complete floor plans for all levels, exterior elevations (front, rear, and both sides), and a foundation plan. Plans are delivered in PDF format.
How long does the design process take?
Stock plans are available immediately. Modified stock plans typically take 3–5 weeks. Custom designs range from 6–12 weeks depending on complexity. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Are your plans compliant with Newfoundland building codes?
Yes. All our plans are designed to meet the National Building Code of Canada as adopted by Newfoundland & Labrador, including wind load requirements specific to our region.
Can I make changes after I receive my plans?
Yes. Modified stock and custom plans include revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at our standard hourly rate of $95–$125/hr.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For custom design projects, we typically require a 40% deposit to begin, 40% at design development completion, and 20% upon final delivery. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque.
